Who we are
SkillLoom ("we", "us") operates skillloom.dev, a catalog of agent skills: instructions, templates, scripts and reference files that AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI use to produce slides, web pages, images and video. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, who appears on your receipt and handles sales tax and invoicing.
Your account
You sign in with an email link or a supported identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and CLI tokens secure. You can revoke CLI devices at any time in Settings. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Free and premium skills
Free skills can be installed by any signed-in user, subject to fair-use download limits. Premium skills require an active membership or a one-time purchase of that skill. A membership gives access to every premium skill while it is active; one-time purchases give lasting access to the purchased skill, including updates to that skill.
Generation costs
Some skills call image or video generation models. Memberships and purchases do not include generation credits. Those calls are billed to a prepaid generation key that you top up yourself; each skill page shows a typical cost per run. Scripts never spend from your key without an explicit confirmation step.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse downloads, resell or redistribute premium skills, or use the service to break the law.
Outputs
You own the outputs your agent produces with a skill, subject to the rights of any third-party material you supply and the licenses of bundled assets listed on each skill page. We make no claim on your outputs.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update skills, prices and these terms; material changes are announced by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Price changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for.
Disclaimer and liability
Skills are provided "as is". AI agents can make mistakes; review outputs before you rely on them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections on outputs, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
